Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, counting from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are shipped back and received after the 7-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. The cost of return shipments that are due to the customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number.

 

The sender is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending a shipment from the United States to Europe, please select “sender will pay for customs fee." All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to long delivery times, we do not accept returns with any local Postal Service.

➤ Due to long delivery times, we DO NOT accept returns from any local Postal Service. All returns need to be shipped back to the warehouse location the items originated from with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

➤ Returns should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. 

➤ Returns due to a customer's change of mind are accepted but are paid by the customer. If the shipment is damaged or defective, please notify us by chat or email immediately (at info@qcvcollection.com) to initiate the return process. ➤ Returns are issued in the form of a reversal of the charge to the original payment method used at checkout or a store credit for the purchase amount (including applicable taxes) at the customer's request. 

➤ Please allow 5 - 7 business days processing time from the day we receive the returned package for funds to appear in your account. However, processing times depend on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email after a return has been processed to confirm that your return has been initiated.
